How to submit sitemap in Google search Console
Click here & go to Google search Console home page
Select your Blog
Click sitemap
Copy code below and replace your URL
See screen shot below change which is I highlighted in green colour
https://somelearnnew.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
After replace your URL
Enter Your sitemap URL & click submit
